Janie BL a toutes les qualités d’une leader positive qui se distingue par son altruisme. Maman et future acupunctrice, elle a pris soin de tous les coopérants du groupe, sans exception. Elle est particulièrement touchée par la difficile réalité des petits thaïs auprès desquels nous intervenons, souvent orphelins ou élevés par des grands-parents sans grandes ressources. Ce n’est pas étonnant qu’elle effectue un changement de carrière, quittant le monde de la gestion pour celui des soins alternatifs : elle est sensible, attentionnée et rassurante. Quelle force pour le Projet! Par ailleurs, elle n’hésite pas à accomplir des tâches supplémentaires, telles que nettoyer la cuisine en soutien ou étendre les vêtements des autres… Sa maturité et son attitude positive auront certainement participé au maintien de la cohésion au sein du groupe.

Janie BL has all the qualities of a positive leader who is distinguished by her altruism. As a mother and future acupuncturist, she has taken care of all the development workers in the group, without exception. She is particularly touched by the difficult reality of the Thai children we work with, often orphans or raised by grandparents with few resources. It is not surprising that she is making a career change, leaving the world of management for that of alternative care: she is sensitive, caring and reassuring. What a strength for the Project! Moreover, she does not hesitate to do extra tasks, such as cleaning the kitchen in support or hanging out the clothes of the others... Her maturity and positive attitude will certainly have contributed to maintain the cohesion within the group.
