Bald ist es soweit! Ende Oktober darf ich nach langem Warten endlich meine Reise nach Asien angehen! Mein erstes Ziel, „Thailand„ 🇹🇭😁 Wo ich für 4 Wochen, als Volunteer, das Projekt „Volunt2thai“ in Ban Nong Phong, ein kleines, sehr armes Dorf, in der Provinz Udon Thani (Nordosten des Landes) unterstützen darf! Mein Projekt ist unter anderem: „PIZZA🍕😋🍕“ Ich habe die Ehre etwas meiner Kultur, an ganz viele Kinder in Thailand weiterzugeben. Mann kann es sich fast nicht vorstellen und doch ist es so, viele dieser Kinder haben noch nie Pizza essen dürfen! Das möchten wir/ich unbedingt ändern, weshalb ich vor Ort gemeisnam mit den Kindern aus dem Dorf, frische Pizza machen darf…

Alle Kinder lieben Pizza, aber nicht alle können sie sich leisten. In unseren Dörfern wachsen viele Kinder ohne Eltern auf, wir wollen ihnen eine grosse Freude bereiten und ihnen auch etwas mit auf den Weg geben. Volunt2Thai ist ein Dorfentwicklungsprojekt, wir versorgen die Kinder unserer Gegend nun schon fast 10 Jahre mit Fremdsprachen und Allgemeinwissen, aber auch mit Essen und Kleidung. Denn in Thailand, besonders im Nordosten Thailands, sind die Menschen sehr arm. Einzelne Familienmitglieder sind oft gezwungen, ihre Kinder und älteren Menschen für längere Zeit zurückzulassen, um in städtische Zentren oder ins Ausland zu reisen und dort zu arbeiten. Die Situation ist sehr schlecht für die Entwicklung der Kinder, die ohne ihre Eltern zurückgelassen werden.

Wir schenken den Kindern Pizzen und bringen ihnen bei, wie man sie zubereitet. Wir bringen ihnen bei, wie sie selbst Pizza machen können und geben ihnen einen mehrtägigen Kurs. Was hier so einfach aussieht, ist bereits ein Beruf, ein besonderes Wissen. Tatsächlich kann man mit diesem Wissen bereits ein kleines Straßengeschäft betreiben und seinen Lebensunterhalt verdienen.

Was wir dafür brauchen:
Eine Menge Käse Tomatensauce Mehl und Hefe viele verschiedene Beläge, sowie zusätzliches Equipment für die Zubereitung und auch für den Backofen (Sonderanfertigung)

Die Kinder haben hier sehr wenig, es werden insgesamt 100 Kinder teilnehmen, dementsprechend sollen sie auch zu ihrer Freude satt werden. Bitte helft uns mit einer Spende, dass diese freudige und auch lehrreiche Veranstaltung mit Elena De Icco, einer Profiköchin aus der Schweiz, auch stattfinden kann. Die Kinder von Ban Nong Kung werden es Ihnen mit Lachen und Freude danken.

All children love pizza, but not all can afford it. In our villages, many children grow up without parents, we want to give them joy and also give them something on the way. Volunt2Thai is a village development project, we provide the children of our area now almost 10 years with foreign languages and general knowledge, but also with food and clothing. Because in Thailand, especially in the northeast of Thailand, people are very poor. Individual family members are often forced to leave their children and elderly behind for long periods of time to travel and work in urban centers or abroad. The situation is very bad for the development of the children who are left without their parents.

We give the children pizzas, and also teach them how to make them. We teach them how to make pizza themselves and give them a course of several days. What seems so simple here is already a profession, a special knowledge. In fact, with this knowledge you can already run a small street business and earn a living.

What do we need for this:

Tutti i bambini amano la pizza ma non tutti hanno la possibilità di comprarla. Nei nostri paesi tanti bambini crescono senza genitori e noi, con questo progetto, vogliamo renderli tutti felici. Volunt2thai è un progetto per il nostro paese in via di sviluppo, da quasi 10 anni sosteniamo questi bambini nella loro istruzione con la costruzione e il mantenimento della scuola e del villaggio. Inoltre, gratuitamente diamo a tutti i bambini vitto e alloggio perché nel nord della Thailandia la maggior parte delle persone è povera. Ai genitori non resta altro che andarsene in località turistiche per lavorare. Lasciano i loro figli, fin da piccoli, con i nonni per quasi tutto l'anno. Questa situazione non è positiva per il lo sviluppo.

Con questo progetto vogliamo fare loro un piacere e insegnargli a fare cose nuove. Per altri forse è solo fare una pizza, ma per questi bambini può significare molto di più perché può indurli a nuovi interessi e nuove idee come per esempio, in futuro, aprire una piccola attività di Street food per guadagnarsi la propria sopravvivenza.

La responsabile di questo progetto a cui parteciperanno circa 100 bambini è "Elena De Icco", cuoca professionista della svizzera. Spero che anche tu ci sosterrai con una piccola donazione, per realizzare questo progetto inisieme a noi! I bambini ti saranno grati dal profondo del cuore.
